Thank you so much for the time you spent with us. It has been a pleasure having you, and we truly hope that your stay was pleasant and felt like home.

We wish you the very best of luck on your new journey! Please remember that our door is always open, and we hope to see you again in the future.

Deposit return process

To begin the process of returning your deposit, please send an email to office@shreeliving.de.

Recommended subject line:
Deposit Return – [Your Full Name] – [Apartment Address / Number]

Please include the following in your email:

• Identification: A copy of your passport.
• Proof of Payment: Documentation for both your rent and deposit. If paid by cash, specify the exact amounts. If paid by bank transfer, attach screenshots of the transactions.
• Contract: A copy of your original rental contract for the apartment.
• Registration Status: Your new Anmeldung (registration) or Abmeldung (de-registration) from this apartment.
• Keys: Confirmation of the return of all keys.
• Bank Details: Your full bank information (IBAN / BIC) for the transfer of the deposit.
