Deposit Return Process
To begin the process of returning your deposit, please send an email to:

Recommended Subject Line:
Deposit Return – [Your Full Name] – [Apartment Address / Number]
Please include the following items in your email:
- Identification: A copy of your passport.

Proof of Payment: Documentation for both your rent and deposit.
- If paid by cash: Please specify the exact amounts paid for the deposit and rent.
- If paid by bank transfer: Please attach screenshots of the transactions.
- Contract: A copy of your original rental contract for the apartment.

Registration Status:
Your new Anmeldung (registration) or Abmeldung (de-registration) from this apartment.
- Keys: Confirmation of the return of all keys.

Bank Details:
Your full bank information (IBAN / BIC) for the transfer of the deposit.
